9F Different Factory Methods of Wiring.

This version (seen before), had a wire connecting the lower bush cap to the circuit board.

If you have electrical issues, this is the preferred method, and one that was used in the later versions of 9F.  I also extend this wire to the tender and connect it to the phosphor bronxe strip that springs up to contact the bottom of the tender weight.  It by-passes all of the old, poor connections in the draw bar.
