The Top and Bottom View of the Front Bogie.

The front bogie has an insulated right hand wheel and electrical pickup is carried from the left hand negative rail, via the left wheel to the chassis from the axle.

The tiny connection ring and spar which can be seen on the left hand bogie in the photo is an important part which can be lost easily.  The photo shows how this is fitted.  The ring will make contact with the chassis.

These bogies are actually from a 2MT, but they are identical to the ones for the 2-6-0 and 2-6-2 varieties of 2MT as well as the Black 9F and Evening Star.
