The orange and grey wires can be soldered to the motor. Beware the protruding ends do not touch the chassis. Also beware the insulating sleeve on one arm of the spring (the lower arm in the photo). Keep the soldering iron on the contact for too long and the sleeve could melt. In fact the sheet on the motor as it faces you does not like to get too hot. If you don't get the joint soldered quickly first time, let it cool down and try again later.
It goes against everything I was taught about soldering, but I find that having a blob of solder on the iron allows the part being soldered to heat up more quickly. A smear of fluxite on the components helps the solder to spread more efficiently.

The orange +ve wire goe to the top.
