It is quite lengthy and has been edited to cut out all of the little slips I made while filming it. Filming was difficult - particularly because I couldn't see what I was doing, except therhought the small 2.5" camera LCD viewfinder. This is most noticable when I am trying to place a screwdriver, as the viewfinder removes your stereoscopic vision and sense of distance.

But you may find it useful. I have left the sound on so there is a little background noise, but I have not added any narration. Instead, I have annotated the video at key points.
