Before you start you will need:

• Good quality screwdriver set.
  

• Fine pliers
  
• Good quality tweezers
  
• A scalpel
  
• Multimeter for testing resistance and voltage.
  
• 2mm socket driver
  
• Magnifying glass
  
• Hand lens (10x magnification)
  
• Extremely fine emery paper
  
• A fine tipped soldering iron and solder
  
• Fine electrical wire.
  
• A clean work area
  
• Small containers to keep the tiny items safe (eg a sewers bobbin box)
