Refit the weight. The rear left stalk did not latch properly - it is not springing back. This can happen with this old plastic. I used a bit of cocktail stick to wedged behind it and keep it held in place !
Refit the insulation that was originally in that location, mark it to just below the level of the top of the weight, take it off, and cut it to size. Refit it.
